As Jordan Search Consultants (JSC) celebrates its 21st anniversary, we reflect on a journey that has been both transformative and inspiring. Founded in 2003 by Kathy Jordan, JSC began with a mission to ensure equitable access to top-tier healthcare providers, regardless of location. With just two team members and a small space provided by the St. Louis Economic Development Partnership, Kathy set out to make a significant impact in the healthcare recruitment industry.
After two decades of dedication, Kathy Jordan decided it was time for a new chapter. In 2022, Laura Perry and Carrie Agler acquired JSC, bringing with them fresh perspectives and a shared commitment to advancing the company’s mission. As CEO and COO, Laura and Carrie have embraced the legacy of the company while steering it into a new era of growth and innovation.

Under Laura and Carrie’s leadership, JSC has continued to build on its strong foundation, expanding our service offerings to include recruitment for allied health professionals and advanced practice providers, in addition to the established focus on physician recruitment, healthcare executives, and academic leadership. Despite these expansions, our commitment to serving both urban and rural communities remains steadfast, ensuring we continue to provide exceptional recruitment services nationwide.
To mark this milestone, JSC will engage in several initiatives throughout the year, supporting healthcare-related causes that align with our team’s values and passions.
