A community hospital located in a major Northwest city engaged Jordan Search Consultants (JSC) after internal and external challenges resulted in the sudden departure of 40% of the physicians in its primary care group.

New leadership was tasked with developing an effective recruitment and retention program, while simultaneously addressing the dire staff reduction. JSC worked in partnership to deliver high-quality candidates, so the Director of Physician Recruitment & Retention (DRR) could focus on creating and implementing internal programs.
