He draws on his extensive background in special education to build personal connections with clients and candidates in order to find the best fit for both. An avid researcher and passionate learner, Ryan is adept at finding and comprehensively vetting the best providers for every opportunity. For Ryan, the most fulfilling part of his work at Jordan Search Consultants is in helping highly-qualified candidates find new opportunities where and when their skills are needed most.
When he’s not helping clients with their recruitment needs, you can find Ryan spending quality time with his family, strumming his guitar, or going for runs through his favorite Utah scenery.
