As a Search Consultant for Jordan Search Consultants, Lori Waller is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing top-tier medical assistants, Registered Nurses, medical lab technicians, and other mid-level providers to help clients meet urgent and long-term staffing needs. Lori also completes physician searches for both contingent and retained positions. She is adept at multitasking and tracking projects through to completion.
Lori brings more than 10 years of experience in recruitment to her role at Jordan Search Consultants. She enjoys the daily challenge of finding excellent candidate matches for her clients and appreciates being able to work in both staffing and retained searches. She believes communication is the most important factor in a successful recruitment partnership.
Away from work, Lori enjoys spending time with family, visiting microbreweries with her husband, and traveling.
