As the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Partner at Jordan Search Consultants, Carrie Agler leads the company’s progress towards its strategic long-term goals. She is also responsible for operational, financial and personnel functions, including managing company finances, establishing company policies, and developing and maintaining HR initiatives.
With an extensive background in Human Resources and Accounting, Carrie brings more than two decades of experience in operational management to the Jordan Search Consultants team. Before her current role, Carrie served as JSC’s Accounting & Human Resources Manager.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing her passion for photography and art.
