As the Recruitment Support Administrator at Jordan Search Consultants, Bayli Worstenholm supports JSC staff with critical tasks, including coordinating contract associates’ onboarding and payroll. Her exceptional organizational skills help keep the whole team coordinated and running smoothly! She also assists in business development, researching additional ways in which JSC can support new clients.
Before joining JSC, Bayli worked in the Human Resources industry for three years. She cites the intrinsic reward of being able to help others and improve lives, both personally and professionally, as one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
Outside of work, Bayli enjoys shopping, spending time with family, and loving on her two golden retrievers.
