As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner at Jordan Search Consultants, Laura Perry leads the company’s overall growth and vision. Laura has three decades of experience in full-cycle pharmacy, accounting and finance, and administration recruitment, along with sales and operations, to leverage her approach to leadership. She is fueled by a passion for connecting people and has an extensive background in recruiting professionals with coordinated care and chronic illness management expertise.
Prior to serving as CEO, Laura worked for JSC as a Corporate Recruiter for a large east coast organization focused on providing healthcare to the underserved. She also previously worked for Ridgemont Resources, a pharmacy recruiting company, as a Regional Manager.
When Laura isn’t working, she can be found cheering at her sons’ baseball games, enjoying family traditions, and traveling.
