As the Manager of Recruitment Support & Resources for Jordan Search Consultants, Kat Martin supports our recruiters in facilitating and expediting candidate sourcing and selection for clients. Her excellent research skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively make her an important part of the recruitment team.
At the beginning of each search, Kat delves into extensive research to identify groups, associations and organizations that are relevant to each position to support recruitment efforts. She continuously works to evaluate resources to execute recruitment strategies. As searches progress, she also provides ongoing administrative assistance, including the creation and administration of email and text recruitment campaigns.
When Kat is not working, she loves spending time with her family. She is an avid podcast listener, a voracious reader, and enjoys hiking and gardening.
