Ideal Candidate:

  • Board certified in Internal Medicine
  • Eligible for medical licensure/licensed in the State of Arkansas
  • 3 years of GME administrative experience prior to appointment
  • 5 years as an active faculty member in ACGME – Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • A builder with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Master of Business Administration degree or other equivalent degree is desirable
